  • Mental development: concentration, discipline, and strength.

Program Modalities:

👉 Group Classes: duration of 2-4 hours per day, with variable frequency (2 to 5 days per week) according to the training plan.

Personalized preparation for tournaments.

Physical Preparation (optional): Group or private training.

Strict system, comprehensive approach and transition to junior competition programs.
